Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build relationships with IBM Sales and customers and ensure satisfaction through accurate and timely processing. Perform contract preparation, contract acceptance, order placement, delivery follow-up, and proactively seek opportunities to enhance and improve contract registration, order management, billing and collection processes beyond the prescribed operations.
