Key job responsibilities
• Build strategic relationships and own negotiations with SPs in WW categories, influencing executives to adopt shared goals and grow selection in support of CPF’s mission
• Identify, prospect and secure new opportunities and operate as the primary point of contact for your key SPs in selection on-boarding, escalations, and negotiations
• Own goals to increase CPF penetration across WW SPs, and assist local category teams in achieving their CPF penetration targets
• Help build internal support for new internal and external initiatives focusing on selection opportunities, business growth and building a strong pipeline of sustainable selection
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams and categories to identify opportunities for collaboration and streamline SPE initiatives
• Develop a thorough understanding of the space, business trends, events, and continually monitoring industry developments and influencing SPs to adopt higher standards
• Identify marketing opportunities to drive sustainability across marketing channels on and off Amazon.com
• Identify and on-board strategic Amazon holdouts, targeting brands with the most compelling reputations for sustainable innovation
• Note: This role requires 15-25% travel, primarily to the EUA day in the life
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
