Essential Functions:
Sales Performance activities and responsibilities may include:
- Single Process Inventory Manager for Leasing line of business
- Compliance and Operational Risk liaison
- Leasing NFRR governance and Report Owner
- SME for Leasing on GIS, AIM and SIAIs
- Technology liaison for prioritization and budget
Required skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified
7+ Years experience in Sales Performance Management, preferably in Equipment Leasing environment
Preferred Skills:
- Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Broad knowledge of leasing or lending process
- Understanding of GCIB, GCB, GWIM and Enterprise Credit organizations and activities
- Ability to prioritize and execute in a fluid environment
- Must be able to interact with all levels of management
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Professional demeanor/positive disposition
- Travel-less than 5%
