What You’ll Do

We're seeking a Lead UX Marketing & Enablement Manager to serve as the go-to-market expert for agentic (UX) experiences and emerging technologies. You'll translate complex innovations into compelling narratives that resonate with our target audiences while serving as the trusted resource for stakeholders across UX, research, and marketing teams. This role is ideal for someone energized by the intersection of cutting-edge technology, user experience and marketing.

  • Shape marketing & communications planfor breakthrough UX innovations in the rapidly evolving agentic AI space

  • Create and execute campaignsthat clearly communicate the value of UX innovations to key audiences

  • Develop messaging frameworksthat connect product capabilities to real-world use cases and customer outcomes

  • Understand competitive landscapeand market trends to inform positioning and messaging

  • Build repeatable demosthat showcase value in clear, compelling ways grounded in real use cases

  • Create contentthat amplifies awareness through multiple channels and formats

  • Manage event initiativesincluding recruiting speakers and producing content for conferences, webinars, and industry events

  • Collaborate cross-functionallywith product, UX, research and marketing teams to ensure cohesive delivery

What You Bring
  • 7+ years of product marketing experiencein solution engineering or go-to-market roles, ideally with SaaS and B2B technology platforms

  • Technical platform expertisewith Salesforce products or similar enterprise technology solutions

  • Content creation skillsacross formats including use cases, enablement materials, pitch decks, demo videos, and event content

  • Data-driven approachwith proven ability to leverage analytics for decision-making and achieve measurable marketing goals

  • Project management excellencebalancing multiple initiatives with tight deadlines in fast-moving environments

  • Relationship builderwho creates strong connections across cross-functional teams and aligns global stakeholders

Posting Statement

to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $157,600 to $253,000. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $172,000 to $276,100.
