As a
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission Honeywell fire alarm systems according to specifications and industry standards
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on fire alarm systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations
- Diagnose and repair issues with fire alarm systems, including troubleshooting electronic components and replacing faulty parts
- Perform regular testing and inspections of fire alarm systems to verify their proper functioning and compliance with safety standards
- Provide technical support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on system usage
- Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance activities, and repairs. Complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and customer support teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and support to clients
- Acquire security and other clearances as required by customer

The salary range for this position is $42,300 - $63,500. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
YOU MUST HAVE - 2+ years’ experience working within a construction or field service environment
- Former knowledge of completing preventative maintenance on automated systems
- Ability to troubleshoot, conduct repairs, and work independently
- Ability to travel throughout the service area, with occasional overnight stays as needed
- Valid Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to Honeywell
WE VALUE - Technical degree or certification in relevant field (Automation, Electronics, HVAC, Electricity, etc)
- NICET or Notifier certification
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical diagrams and sequences of operation
- Advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting capabilities
