About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP ERP & Salesforce CRM Management
- Administer, customize, and optimize SAP ERP modules to enhance operational workflows
- Oversee Salesforce CRM administration, including user management, automation, and system improvements
- Ensure seamless data integration between SAP, Salesforce, and other business systems
- Data Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze, interpret, and maintain high-quality data to drive business decisions
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce Reports
Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience with SAP ERP (preferably in modules like SD, MM, or FI)
- Salesforce CRM administration experience, including report creation and workflow automation
- Strong understanding of data management, integrations, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar)
Soft Skills & Work Style:
- Analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into insights
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system improvements
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Experience:
- Knowledge of fire safety or building automation systems
- Certifications in SAP ERP or Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator)
- Project management experience involving ERP or CRM system enhancements
