This position is Nordic, and you can work from either Denmark, Finland, Norway or Sweden. You will be a part of a Nordic team, working and reporting on a Nordic level.
What you will do:
- Help drive the Sales Excellence transformation across EY in the Nordics.
- Develop and implement sales excellence strategies and processes to enhance customer relationships, drive sales growth, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage cross-functional relationships to understand business and function needs and help define the most suitable ways to leverage the CRM platform.
- Provide actionable insights by analyzing data trends and patterns.
- Support the Nordic business in identifying improvement areas and opportunities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure smooth adoption and usage of the CRM platform.
- Advise teams on best practices and contribute to sales strategies for lead and opportunity management.
Skills, experience and attributes that you would bring to the role:
- Proven experience in sales/CRM programs within multi-faceted, large, global organizations
- Experience in helping organizations adopt, deploy and leverage CRM platforms to increase sales excellence
- Awareness of technical principles and systems across a sales and CRM environment, including Microsoft Dynamics, but also in other systems that can bring learnings
- Strong analytical skills that mean you can dive into sets of data, understand trends and patterns, and apply it to the existing business for actionable insights that help to improve adoption and leverage
- Able to manage cross-functional relationships to understand their needs, the unique characteristics of their business/service offerings and help define the most suitable ways to leverage the CRM platform
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on improving processes and driving commercial execution activities.
