Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex projects to improve sales operations.
  • Analyze business trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Implement new methods and procedures for special assignments.
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistency in operations.
  • Mentor managers and provide guidance on project execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

·Experience leading cross-functional portfolio governance in a sales, revenue operations, or go-to-market environment

·Proven ability to drive structure, prioritization, and execution across a complex initiative portfolio with competing stakeholder needs

·Strong track record of partnering with sales, enablement, and sales technology teams to deliver impactful change

·Familiarity with B2B sales processes and systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, account planning, contracting, renewals)

·Experience designing executive-ready reporting, dashboards, or communication frameworks that support visibility and decision-making

·Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, with a strong bias toward clarity, consistency, and forward momentum

·Change management certification (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) or demonstrated success in supporting field readiness and adoption is a plus

·Comfort operating in ambiguous or evolving environments, bringing structure and alignment across decentralized teams
