This job will lead complex projects and participate in problem resolution, requiring an understanding of Salesforce instance to enable better experience for Global Markets teams. You will determine methods and procedures for new assignments, features, often resulting in global process improvements
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead complex projects to improve sales operations.
- Analyze business trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Implement new methods and procedures for special assignments.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistency in operations.
- Mentor managers and provide guidance on project execution.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Key Requirements:
- Salesforce Expertise:Strong understanding of Salesforce platform to deliver complex projects to enable better salesforce experience for sales/servicing teams
- Technical Skills:Experience with Salesforce objects, workflows, data management, and reporting
- Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Problem-Solving:Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues effectively.
- Solution Design:Ability to build solutions in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Project Management:Experience managing Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
