Job Description:
Formulate a long and short-term product strategy to develop industry leading merchant facing products.
Understand merchant behavior and data to understand their needs and pain points. Deep understanding of market landscape, and devise strategy to improvecustomerimpact.
Develop clear product roadmap and drive execution across the organization by developing trusted relationships with stakeholders and making strategic tradeoffs informed by data and driving execution.

Work with cross-functional teams (business, partners, program, architecture, development) to drive alignment around product strategy

Analyze current consumer and merchantexperiences to define friction points and create seamless and effortless
Define detailed product requirements, scope, ship, measure features and use rapid cycles to iterate and
strategy
Participate in regular cadences (stand up's, retrospective, planning meetings) and be engaged with the team throughout the product life cycle.
