As a Head of Product Strategy within the J.P. Morgan Mobility Payments Solutions team, you will shape and execute our Business to Business (B2B) payments strategy, with a focus on mobility (transport) and marketplace sectors. You will define the long term vision, identify market opportunities and ensure our proposition aligns with customer needs and industry trends.
Job responsibilities:
- Reviews industry trends and competitive insights, focusing on mobility (transport) and marketplace verticals, to inform product development and refine go to market (GTM) approach
- Defines product positioning and pricing models to enhance value proposition for clients
- Evaluates and prioritises new product requests from sales teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Develops business cases for new product initiatives, outlining market opportunities, competitive positioning, feasibility and financial impact
- Develops strategic rationale for joint ventures or partnerships to enhance speed to market or to offer specialised regional or product capabilities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proven experience in Payments, Fintech or Digital Financial Services
- Proven ability to build and present business cases, quantify market opportunities, and drive prioritization decisions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Interest or experience in mobility (transport) and / or marketplace (e-commerce, payments) trends and technologies
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrable strategy and commercialization (including pricing) focus is advantageous
