Plan and implement the service budget within the assigned modality by including the installed base, the contractual/non-contractual work and the sales programs in accordance with the basic conditions provided by the Service Lead.
Ensure efficient execution of all CS Business Management Processes related to the assigned business unit and products in order to drive CS Revenue and market growth:
Market analysis and competitive transparency.

Provide sales support to the local sales organization / product manager.
Ensure technical collaboration and knowledge transfer during sales offers and projects.
Convert BU / product related options / upgrade and applications into local market requirements.
Support the field force in any specific issues related to the assigned modality.
Inform the field about developments, strategies and market programs.
Comply to national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthcare.

Your expertise:
BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of successful experience in service management within the MR, CT, MI Modality, a directly related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
Excellent organizational skills
Superior communication skills (written and oral) and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at many levels within the organization
Effectively present information to co-workers and employee groups, including upper management, customers at various levels and public representatives
Ability to read, analyze and translate into action financial profit and loss statements.
Professional level knowledge on using analytical databases and complex excel workbooks and associated pivot tables.
Ability to thrive as a member of a collaborative, cross-functional team
Competent knowledge of MS Office applications, PowerBI and some reporting tools.
Prior experience in leadership and people management is highly advantageous.
