Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute GTM strategies aligned with shared KPIs and objectives, inspiring high performance across the team.
Design and scale innovative sales enablement programs to capture new business and drive upsell opportunities.
Spearhead the deployment of Intel-focused sales plays and demand-generation programs, ensuring adoption tracking and ROI measurement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales and business teams to align go-to-market initiatives and support joint selling efforts.
Provide strategic advisory support to global and regional sales teams, offering insights into market trends, competitive landscape, portfolio mix, and channel health.
Drive global sales execution aligned with strategic goals, collaborating closely with regional sales teams to ensure success.
A successful candidate must possess:
Proven track record of designing and executing sales enablement programs that support new product introductions.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with demonstrated success in exceeding revenue goals.
Excellentrelationship-building,communication, and team leadership capabilities.
Willingness to travel globally to engage with customers, partners, and attend industry events.

Minimum Qualifications:
5+ of experience in the following:
Leadership experience focused on go-to-market (GTM) strategy within the technology sector
Designing and executing sales enablement programs that support new product introductions, with measurable outcomes in market penetration and revenue growth.
Lead teams and strategically plan initiatives that consistently exceed revenue goals, with quantifiable achievements in previous roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or a related field.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. However, you must live and work from the country specified in the job posting, in which Intel has a legal presence.
