Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience as a Studio, Vendor, or production VFX Coordinator.

• Knowledge of digital video file formats and a technical understanding of the visual effects process.

• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment overseeing several projects at various points of the production cycle.

• Repeat experience with breakdowns and overall scope assessment

• Comfortable in highly volatile and creative environments

• Familiarity with databases, Google Apps, and other task-tracking methods, such as Shotgrid & Syncsketch

• Strong organizational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mentality and a strong problem solver.A love of data and efficiency through using technology.

• Bilingual in both English and Spanish, can demonstrate ease in speaking to VFX in both languages

• Remain calm and confident under pressure, cope well with fast-paced environments and short deadlines, be adaptable, use initiative, and have a positive attitude.

• Curiosity for new technologies.
