Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience leading quality engineering organizations.
  • Track record building and operating scalable, effective automation systems.
  • Strong technical leadership and keen architecture sense.
  • Honed practice of recruiting and developing employees, setting clear direction and goals, and establishing effective teams.
  • Experience leading distributed teams across cultures and locations.
  • High value for teamwork, collaboration, and driving cross-functional alignment. Comfortable influencing without control.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics.
  • Strong practice in stakeholder management.
  • Ability to drive clarity in the midst of ambiguity.
  • Superb communication skills. Ability to convey complicated concepts concisely, and tailor messaging to different audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience planning and leading software release cycles preferred.
  • Experience with server-side API testing preferred.
  • Machine learning experience preferred.
  • Experience with data quality and big data technologies preferred (e.g. Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Flink).
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $164,200 and $247,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
