As a Sr. MES Engineer here within Honeywell ProcessSolutions, you will be part of a team assessing and driving achievement ofprogram specific performance within Honeywell Industrial Automation/HPS LifeScience (LS). Reporting into the Global Solution Center Life Science (GSC LS)and be a primary focal point of MES implementation in North America. You willbe responsible for MES consulting, project/program implementation, cost,schedule and handling of technical issues.

You will lead prioritization of MES work packages, designgoals and objectives, and drive overall MES program performance.

• SolutionConsulting/Requirement Engineering for MES applications.
• Skillsand Competencies Management of MES GSC team.
• Agileproject execution- you implement projects on time and within budget, and youdesign, develop, install, and commission industrial IT/OT solutions includingafter-market support.
• MaintainMES Engineering Capacity plan.
• Determinesystem/product improvement.
• Supportthe Honeywell’s LS Strategy for growth on MES.
• Supportthe LS GSC strategy.
• IdentifyingTrends and addresses Barriers.
• Work with functional leaders to prioritize resources andimplement project objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• 5+ years of experience in MES applications and handling Manufacturing Execution System& integration with other systems / packages

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, MechanicalEngineering, Chemical Engineering, Automation, IT or Process Engineering
• Have a proven track record in MES project execution
• Have experience in some the following Technologies & Processes: MES, DCS, Batch Control, SCADA, PLC, MCC, API, BMS, QBMS, EMS, FDA, IQ, OQ, PQ, Validation, EBR, Ethernet Networking, Cyber Security.
• ERP Knowledge on Production, Inventory and Warehouse
• Your strong key competencies in MES engineering, ComputerValidation, Planning and Scheduling
• An engineering background delivering manufacturing solutions and comfortable in the IT and software spaces.
• Strong management operating system that facilitatescommunication
• Understand business objectives and more importantly theability to interact with our customers.
