Key job responsibilities
- Foster a culture of inclusion.- Be able to triage and prioritize critical improvements, resolve issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Develop/ communicate/ execute a roadmap of improvements for a given function or feature.Development, administration, change management, support, and documentation for an MES platform and integrated systems.Work with Manufacturing Process Engineers to design and implement new product features, templates and work instructions.Administer the platform, ensuring IT security requirements are met and application integrations are subject to change management controls to protect upstream systems.Expand functionality of MES within AR Manufacturing to realize the potential of an end-to-end operations platform.A day in the life1. - 2 years of non-internship experience supporting manufacturing information systems.
- 2 years experience in an IT or OT department.
- 1+ years of working directly with engineering teams

- Previous experience implementing or supporting Tulip platform
- 5+ years experience supporting scaled manufacturing operations.
- 5+ years experience in an enterprise IT/OT department.
- Experience implementing or supporting systems in public cloud providers.
- BA preferred.
