As an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Solutions Architect (SA) within the Strategic Accounts segment, you are responsible for partnering with our most valuable customers to design cloud architectures utilizing AWS services. In this role, you will be a core member of the account team that supports the customer. You will work with other SAs to help the customer solve business challenges such as rapidly releasing new products or services to the market or building an innovative elastic, scalable, cost optimized application. Over a period of time, you will develop the skills to engage with product owners at the customer to influence product direction and help our customers enter new markets by utilizing AWS Services. You will also look for patterns and trends that can be broadly applied across an industry segment or a set of customers that can help accelerate innovation. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to grow your own body of knowledge, develop additional skills, and have some fun.AWS values diverse experiences. A day in the life

- 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- - Demonstrated success creating proof of concepts, demos, and/or scripts from scratch or leveraging reusable components and articulate common architectural patterns and design principles
