Your role:
- Lead and execute the commercial strategy to drive growth and market share in Canada, in the diagnostic imaging portfolio (MR, CT, and DXR). Focus on upstream business development activities and ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Develop and execute the Go To Market approach for the assigned portfolio of products, solutions, and services, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee business development operations, ensuring the efficient execution of strategies and plans. This includes developing dashboards for tracking progress and adjusting strategies based on performance analysis.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and perspectives, shaping the company’s strategic goals. Strengthen relationships and influence customer behaviors in alignment with business objectives.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in the diagnostic imaging or medical capital equipment industry, with at least 5 + years in sales operations or marketing.
- Proven track record in sales leadership, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bilingual in English and French preferred
- You have a bachelorette degree and MBA (preferred) and/or finance/marketing with a marketing analytics background
- You’re a strong individual contributor with strong ability to effectively manage, leverage, and influence internal and external stakeholders with a leadership mindset
