What you will accomplish:
Operations Planning: Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational dependencies in requests; assess requests against operational capacity; collaborate with planning, operations, and marketing partners to achieve effective and efficient management of resources.
Operational Excellence: Oversee campaign execution workflow, and facilitate coordination between marketing, creative and execution teams to achieve timely and successful campaign launch.
Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts on more complex marketing projects to achieve business objectives.
Process Optimization: Identify, implement, and optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Partner Support: Maintain up-to-date process and standard methodology documentation to facilitate onboarding and ensure marketing stakteam membercess.
What you will bring:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify options, and implement effective solutions.
Excellent project management skills: Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Meticulous attention to detail with demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability for results.
Proficiency in marketing technology tools: Experience with digital workflow management and analytics platforms.
University Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or other related field.
2-3 years of digital marketing and/or operations experience with focus on ecommerce/customer relationship marketing.
