•Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Renewals, Operations, BT, Technology & Product, and leadership to gather requirements, set priorities, and ensure seamless delivery of enhancements.
•Lead end-to-end implementation efforts, process automation, user adoption strategies, and system integration.

• 7+ years of experience in product management or leadership roles, focusing on Salesforce implementation and customization.
• 4-6 years of people management experience with distributed and global teams.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement & Support, Quote Management, or related enterprise software/product management.
• 4-6 years of experience managing and implementing products and applications with Salesforce CRM.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, AgentForce, and integrations.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred) or relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven experience with AgentForce or similar agent-centric platforms.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Product Manager credentials) are highly desirable.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, AgentForce) and Salesforce Admin Certification.
