In this role, you will:

  • Participate in basic review, research and reporting of commercial property performance

  • Exercise independent judgment to guide low risk deliverables

  • Present recommendations for resolving lesscomplex situationsand exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and interpretation experience with Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loan documents

  • Experience with Financial Collections

  • 6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Strong financial analysis of property cash flows, reviewing property operating statements, property rent rolls, market rents and inspection reports

  • Experience in commercial documentation, preparation & review

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, accounting, finance, or related field

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Experience researching problems, analyzing data, and recommending potential solutions

  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems concurrently

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software

  • Solid problem solving and decision making skills

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed

  • This role does offer a hybrid work schedule (4 days in office) in the preferred location below
