The role of the One Calendar manager is pivotal in ensuring the perfect coordination of all cross-channel strategies in the wholesale market.
What you'll do:
Ensuring optimal oversight of all crucial business moments: from brand statements to purely commercial ones.
Full tracking of the whole activation plans spectrum (from awareness to conversion).
Identifying and supporting crucial moments in the Italian market (Salone del Mobile, Internazionali di Tennis) with ad hoc plans, proposing possible activations that work on all levels of the funnel, especially on traffic and conversion.
Coordinating with all channel managers, both on the Omnichannel side and on the Sales side, to ensure consistency in plans and relevance of channel activations with respect to business priorities.
Coordinate and track the Omnichannel budget.
Update and coordinate AKA plans to align the respective plans as much as possible.
Coordinate consumer data with the Insight Europe team.
Coordinate with Marketplace team to have a full spectrum of data analytics: from consumer to sell out, to properly capture dynamics and opportunities of each BU.
Main Requirements:
University degree in business with Sales /Marketing focus
Understanding of WHS/Retail
Strong data analytics
Leadership skills in order to drive processes and creating consensus
Project management abilities
At least 5 years’ experience in Trade Marketing and/or Retail
Experience ideally in sport apparel
Italian and English: fluent, written and spoken
IT skills - Outlook and Word: basic; Excel and Power point: advanced.
