Partner with Global Service Lines, Clients and Industries, Growth and Innovation, and Investments Finance leaders to drive a cohesive and efficient approach to strategic analytics, insights and executive presentations related to business performance, integrated planning and forecasting
Model projections and analyze monthly performance, forward-looking indicators, offering recommendations for business actions, delivering insights that drive decision-making, and presenting key findings to the Finance leadership teams
Understand demand factors such as pipeline, wins, and analyzeand project their impact on the future performance.
Provide scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis and present findings to Finance leadership
Proactively identify analyses to enhance performance insights (e.g., pipeline coverage, profitability, staffing levels, investments, expense controls, and cash collections) and suggestcourse correcting actions.
Analyze and present complex financial data in clear and engaging format. Develop impactful presentations and communications for executive audiences
Build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, FP&A sub-functions, Service Lines, and Regions.
Champion the adoption of automation, AI, and advanced analytics to drive innovation in financial reporting and insights by partnering with Global Analytics, Data & Technology and Reporting & Data Analytics teams
Act as counsellor and coach to other team members as required, supporting development and demonstration of Trusted Business Advisor competencies of the team

To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor and/or professional certification in a business-related subject matter (i.e. Accounting, Finance)
A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience.
Strong spoken and written English
