Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.
- Experience with one or more of the following such as site selection and development for high-technology, industrial-scale projects, real estate evaluation, contract negotiation, or business development.
- Experience in tax incentives, technical writing, financial modeling, and presentation development.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to engage in direct project negotiations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in real estate development, evaluation, acquisition, construction, and site selection for industrial-scale projects.
- Experience with power transmission and distribution, telecommunications infrastructure, data center technology, industrial-class electrical and cooling technology, or other related technical areas.
- Experience managing utility agreements and energy-related issues, and financial modeling and implementing clean energy initiatives,
- Experience in indirect taxes, economic development policy, infrastructure development, agreement drafting, and presentation development and data center real estate markets.
- Ability to propose commercially and technically creative solutions.
- Ability to work in collaborative and fast-paced environment.
