Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.
- Experience in legislative, regulatory, public affairs, government relations or advocacy work, establishing positions and advocacy strategies against priority issues.
- Experience within a regulated industry, government or public affairs consulting.
- Experience in legislative review and analysis, coalition building, and advocacy campaigns.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in public policy, communications, business or a related field.
- Experience with one or more of the following: advocacy or direct site selection and economic development experience in high-technology, industrial-scale projects, or real estate.
- Ability to have high business, ethics, discretion, and confidentiality capabilities.
- Ability to innovate and come up with commercially and technically creative solutions, work independently, coordinating and synchronizing efforts with other team members and stakeholders.
