- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff or Strategy and Operations role, or a similar role requiring leadership of varied operational initiatives while working closely with executive leaders.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field.
- Experience working in YouTube’s business or tech organizations.
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management and project management, with the ability to work autonomously and keep multiple priorities moving at the same time.
- Ability to understand and articulate the “big picture" to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and deck-building skills.
