As a Product Marketing Manager at Venmo, you will play a key role in shaping how consumersdiscover, engage with, and benefit from Venmo's suite of products. You will focus on developing compelling value propositions,and executinggo-to-market plans, andto drive useradoption and engagement.

Your day-to-day

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging for Venmo
  • Go-to-Market Execution:Support product launchesandfeature rolloutswith holistic
  • Market Insights & Competitive Analysis:Work with Consumer Insights to conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, trends, and competitive positioning. Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations to inform marketing strategy and product development.
  • Partnercloselywith Product, Design, Commercial, and Consumer Insights teams to align on roadmap priorities and market needs. Act as the voice of the customer in product development discussions, advocating for the wants and needs of those who use our products.
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization: Help define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of product marketing initiatives.Partner with Marketing Analytics tooptimizecampaign planning and execution,based on data-driven insights.

What do you need to bring-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • + years of product marketing experience, preferably in tech, fintech, or consumer digital products.
  • Strong ability to translate complex product features into simple, compelling messaging.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies and executing product marketing campaigns.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market research and consumer insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Design teams.
  • Passion for consumer products, culture, and the evolving digital payments landscape.
