Who You Are
Proven Expert:Minimum 7 years’ experience in the voice/video communications industry, with a deep understanding of TDM, IP telephony, and large-scale enterprise voice, video, meetings, and contact center deployments (on-prem and cloud).
Cloud & SaaS Enthusiast:Experience with cloud-delivered collaboration platforms and the evolving landscape of AI-driven collaboration tools.
Technical Translator:Able to convert technical expertise into business value, communicating benefits to a range of technical and business audiences.
Industry Knowledgeable:Up-to-date on collaboration market trends and how Cisco’s portfolio fits into the broader industry.
Strong Communicator:Confident presenting to audiences of varied backgrounds and skill levels.

Minimum Requirements
7+ years’ experience in voice/video communications, including large enterprise deployments (on-prem and cloud)
Understanding of routed and switched data networks
Strong pre-sales engineering experience in the collaboration space
