Job Description
  • Licensing requirements: FINRA Series 7/63 (66).
  • Partners with senior team members to support the trading process and execution of capital markets transactions.
  • Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. May serve as a customer solutions resource.
  • Gathers required documentation. Prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy. Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes. May administer complex implementation plans and related client interactions.
  • Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and may act as an escalation point for trade related inquiries or issues.
  • Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications. Provides reports as needed.
  • Serves as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support.
  • Monitors and develops industry, product, market, and regulatory knowledge. Gains proficiency with tools, systems and other resources.

Accuracy and Attention to Detail, Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Effective Communications, Financial Engineering, Flexibility and Adaptability, Managing Multiple Priorities, Products and Services, Sales Support and Administration, TradingRoles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
