As a Product Team Sr. Manager, you will have ultimate responsibility for execution of existing product line(s). You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and coordination across all functions involved in delivering the product line. Your expertise in Operations Management, lean tools, and supply chain management will be instrumental in leading the product line and optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Sr. Site Director and you will work out of our Clearwater, FL location.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on product line execution, management operating systems, supply chain processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring on-time service delivery to customers, reducing costs, optimizing inventory, and mitigating supply chain risks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for end-to-end performance of the product line; Ultimate owner of safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost for the product line.
  • Drives functional alignment and collaboration across the product family.
  • Leads overall Product Health Team process and associated Management Operating Systems, including tiered accountability.
  • Supports customer escalations related to the product line
  • Maintains strategic alignment with GBE team.
  • Leads and manages execution of the product line through direct and matrix reporting of operations, quality, ISC engineering, scheduling, and clear to build leader with support from logistics, materials, planning and procurement.
  • Maintains capacity model for product line in support of SIOP process and to drive decisions related to equipment and staffing.
  • Ensures a capital roadmap is maintained and executed to support business strategy and growth imperatives.
  • Develops and implements strategies to optimize operational execution, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Leads continuous improvement initiatives and implements best practices.
  • Monitors and analyzes performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven leadership experience in Operations Management
  • 3+ years people management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in one of more of the following disciplines: quality, operations management, procurement
  • Expertise in lean and Six Sigma tools
  • Strong team building, communication, influence, and collaboration skills
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools (ERP, MES)
