Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering (any) or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
Conducting new product development in manufacturing environment using knowledge of end-to-end product development, prototyping and operation of mass production
Performing Program Management for scaling products for mass production and launching them in different countries at large volume
Demonstrating technical experience in manufacturing of electro-mechanical components to identify the program risks
Conducting Risk Assessments and leveraging failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate risks
Influencing decisions in product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness through coordination and cooperation between multiple teams
Managing activites related to modules at different stage in the product development cycle and organize operation builds in the factory
Coordinating failure analysis and corrective actions for field failures with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
