- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering (any) or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- 5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- Conducting new product development in manufacturing environment using knowledge of end-to-end product development, prototyping and operation of mass production
- Performing Program Management for scaling products for mass production and launching them in different countries at large volume
- Demonstrating technical experience in manufacturing of electro-mechanical components to identify the program risks
- Conducting Risk Assessments and leveraging failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate risks
- Influencing decisions in product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness through coordination and cooperation between multiple teams
- Managing activites related to modules at different stage in the product development cycle and organize operation builds in the factory
- Coordinating failure analysis and corrective actions for field failures with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
