Your Impact

I’m looking for a pre-sales Solutions Engineer that will work with Account Executives selling to accounts in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. This is a technical sales position that contributes to the production goals of the Lone Star Select Commercial Region. I need someone who has the passion for helping our customers achieve their desired business outcomes with Cisco solutions. This is a fast-paced exciting opportunity to join a successful Cisco team positioning the entire Cisco portfolio to our customers while continuously learning along the way.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ Experience in IT
  • 5+ in a Systems Administration Experience
  • Must reside in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex
  • Must be available to entertain customers or partners in the evenings
  • Must be willing to travel overnight for conferences, internal meetings, or training sessions
  • Must have reliable transportation for commuting and traveling purposes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of networks and switch fabrics
  • Prior experience in a customer facing role preferred
  • Knowledge of networks and switch fabrics
  • Experience using Cisco or competitive solutions preferred
  • Knowledge of Security, Data Center, Cloud, and AI applications are a plus
  • Passionate about competing in a fast-paced sales environment
