As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing our stakeholders' business requirements, configuring SaaS solutions to meet those requirements, and ensuring a successful implementation process.
What you'll do:

  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting: Perform thorough testing of SaaS solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs that arise during the implementation process.
  • Provide training and support: Train end-users on how to effectively utilize the SaaS solutions. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Document processes and best practices: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and user guides. Develop and promote best practices for SaaS implementation and configuration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Continuously research and stay informed about the latest developments and trends in SaaS systems, business analysis, and configuration. Apply this knowledge to enhance our implementation processes and ensure we are delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

What you'll bring:

  • Educational background and/or work experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SaaS implementation and configuration, preferably in support of an advertising business unit.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms and their capabilities, such as Salesforce, Adobe Workfront, or Adobe AEM.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in training end-users and providing ongoing support.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for SaaS implementation and configuration, we would love to hear from you. Join our team and help drive the successful adoption of SaaS solutions for our stakeholders.
