Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directly manage end to end Employee lifecycle from hiring, offering, onboarding, performance management, developing, rewarding, retention & exit of dedicated groups.
- Lead or support business as appropriate with the implementation of critical “global”/”regional” and key local HR projects and initiatives.
- Advise and support people managers in implementation of HR policies, procedures including performance management process, organization changes and site HR programme requirements.
- Facilitate job or people changes, deployment and international moves (if applicable) including handling Employee Data Management & changes.
- Handle employee relations pertaining to standard or unresolved issues between people manager, employee concerned and external government agencies (if applicable).
- Support workforce planning to identify and monitor potentials and talents for succession and development planning management.
- Create, collate and analyze data such as HR measures, headcounts, budget, people movement and attrition to deliver timely and accurate reports both local and globally.
- Support selected key processes or expertise areas by collaborating with HR team and across all departments.
- Enhance HR policies, procedures and learning material for intervention related sessions/workshops.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Basic Qualifications:
- Recognized degree in any field with qualification in Human Resource
- 3 years of working experience as a HR People Partner in a manufacturing or related environment.

- Experience with stakeholder management and employee relations.
- In depth application knowledge of Employment Act and related mandatory requirements
- Excellent data management, reporting and analytical skills.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency with working knowledge in SAP or HRIS
- Ability to communicate and interact well with stakeholders including employes and colleagues.
- Support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target.
- Able to comply with the company’s safety policy at all times.
- Able to comply with the company’s quality policy at all times.
