Your Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business leaders to provide strategic HR advice, recommending solutions and providing action plans aligned to business objectives.
- Proactively monitor talent performance (staff engagement, retention, turnover, hiring against budget as well as diversity and inclusion), escalating talent issues, providing the business with insights and providing talent advice to help drive business performance.
- Support business line partner in the development of their high potential (HiPo) talent pipeline – addressing development strategies needed and other developmental initiatives.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to create talent solutions.
- Lead people practices that foster innovation and collaboration.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- A degree with 8 years of experience as a HR professional
