Minimum 7 years’ experience of program and/or project management in retail operations, inventory management, or supply chain.
BS/BA degree required MBA or advanced degree a plus.
Have a deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, and eCommerce operations - ideally in an Apple context.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt and can problem-solve on the fly.
Be comfortable working with a high level of ambiguity and delivering results in an unstructured environment.
Can prioritize strategic objectives which optimize for speed, cost, and environmental impact while also achieving high-value tactical outcomes.
Analytical mindset and ability to use data effectively to size, prioritize, and stitch business elements to influence through effective storytelling.
Must have phenomenal presentation skills with a keen eye for detail, and expertise in synthesizing complex information for a wide range of audiences.
An excellent teammate who can influence through collaboration and leadership, and are able to work effectively with other teams, bringing them along for the journey is essential.
Obsess over the customer experience and are particularly curious about how to deliver new experiences across digital and brick-and-mortar channels.
