BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required for this role, or related work experience.

Agile thinker: proven ability to function at the strategic and operational level, communicating internally and externally, to convince diverse audiences.
Entrepreneur mind-set: driven by the desire to innovate on behalf of our customer, with a growth and analytical mind-set. Must have the ability to develop test and learn strategies with rapid execution cycles.
Influencer: ability to operate in a complex organization and influence senior leaders to gain support for a program

People Leader: manager of managers with ability to communicate and motivate teams under and not under her/his control; identify, mentor and develop talent, and new leaders.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred qualifications
Knowledge of the Payments industry, with experience on payment strategies, programs and processes
Experience in developing and delivering merchant services products
Experience leading sales, account management and/or marketing teams and owning customer experience, preferably in the context of a B2B2C services and marketplaces
P&L responsibility and a proven track record of growing top-line and bottom-line
