Key Responsibilities - Lead teams of production planners in managing the master production schedule (MPS)
- Monitor MPS and make improvements based on MPS load and MPS attainment.
- Collaborate with supply and materials planning leaders to execute production plans.
- Optimize material management procedures
- Participate in monthly SIOP meetings to approve network production plans, present associated risks, and discuss mitigation plans with functional and business leadership.
- Build a world-class team, implement Lean Six Sigma techniques, and drive continuous improvement to excel in all Key Performance Initiatives (KPIs).
- Collaborate with functional teams to resolve demand, capacity constraints, and material availability issues, and support Planners in maintaining accurate planning parameters and material master data.
YOU MUST HAVE - 5+ years of Supply Planning, Operations Planning/Scheduling, Materials Management of other Operations Planning related functional area.
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
WE VALUE - Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in Planning, Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics, and Manufacturing.
- Experience working in material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems.
- APICS or CPIM Certification.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Lead and solve complex organizational problems.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
- Expertise in leading/driving change and mentor for new leaders or peers.
- Expertise across professional disciplines within the material management function.
