As aSr. Production Planning Supervisor
You will report directly to our, and you'll work out of ourNorthford, CTlocation.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our production processes, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands
- Optimize production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
- Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production planning processes

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in production planning software and tools
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Certification in production planning or supply chain management
