Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the overall vertical growth strategy for the Pole
  • Develop and own Orders for regional AOPs across all LOBs for the vertical
  • Convert Macro and Regional trends into tangible actions for growth (Targets to Improve)
  • Leverage customer relationships to build new pipeline. Lead Executive engagements
  • Own vertical decisions for the region including HUG, User Input Committee and NPI.
  • Manage a team comprising of Solution Consultants, Marketing, and Market Development
  • Lead standardization with other Vertical, BTI Leaders and Offering Management leaders to implement best practices and strategies for the Pole

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree with extensive experience, or advanced professional certification with significant experience in the field.

WE VALUE

  • In-depth knowledge of Honeywell Process Solutions or Honeywell UOP or similar/competitor
  • Experience turning strategy into measurable results
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong internal and external executive relationships
  • Proven Executive Communication and presence
  • Working knowledge of business finance, AOP, STRAP, and Schedule of Executive Authority
  • Working knowledge of regional regulatory requirements and future mandates such as Sustainability and Energy Security goals at a government level
  • Ability to travel up to 50% both domestically and internationally
  • Extensive management experience with autonomy and delegation examples
