As a Product Strategy Lead - Vice President you will be responsible for key areas of product strategy and execution from concept through delivery for one of our most important small business segments. You'll identify and assess opportunities for our Premium SMB segment by considering and synthesizing customer insights, analytics, market research, competitive intelligence, risk, technology implications, and financial inputs.

Job responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the discovery, design, go-to-market and successful of delivery of new products
• Ensure existing products in this segment are optimized in our agile environment
• Work closely with Risk, Finance, Analytics, Insights, Tech, Marketing, and counterparts in Product

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• +5 yrs of financial services product management, product strategy or consulting experience. Credit card industry or payments space for small business owners is a plus.
• Self-starter with ability to think strategically, problem-solve and clearly communicate complex ideas to senior level audiences
• Strong analytical skills to develop fact driven and financially sound business plans
• Proven ability to lead and influence large teams of cross-functional internal and external stakeholders and drive business results while demonstrating strong collaboration, relationship and project management skills
• BA required. MBA a plus

• Identify customer/business insights and use those insights to drive change for small business cards, with a particular focus on understanding the needs of the premium SMB segment
