What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Running trials on the line according to the program schedule
- Assisting with product launches and product changes by developing standard work steps and workflows, while being heavily involved in the commissioning of new equipment
- Collecting data and analyzing them with the team to implement learnings in an iterative manner
- Supporting diagnosing and resolving issues as well as implementing optimization measures. Bringing in new ideas to creatively solve process challenges
- Collaborating with the team to develop optimal processes and workflows, ensuring that employees in cell production have a safe and ergonomic workplace
- Organizing independently and proactively the daily workflow in cooperation with the team, while also assisting in training new work processes and coaching operational teams
- Completed vocational training in process engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or a comparable field
- Experience in large-scale process plant and automated processes or R&D experience in a field such as mixing, calendaring, or processes in paper, pharma or food industry
- Experience with operating and troubleshooting process manufacturing equipment
- Ideally, experience in the battery cell industry
- Ability to work in a clean and dry room environment with low humidity, with safety being the top priority
- Willingness to work in shifts punctually if required
