What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Drive design, commissioning, and ramp of complex powder handling and dry mixing manufacturing equipment
- Coordinate new equipment packages requirements, approve new design drawings and track supplier work implementation/quality on site
- Become owner / subject matter expert to drive equipment-related process improvement including detailed troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Ensure proper as-built documentation and build training material / maintenance routines related documentation for equipment
- Lead safety improvements to production equipment which meets or exceeds regulations or best practices
- Identify equipment critical spare parts and ensure sufficient coverage to prevent extended downtime situations
- Participate in supplier/ internal equipment buyoffs
- Provide hands-on support to maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve extended downtime situations
- Either a BS with 6+ years’ relevant experience or an MS with 3+ years relevant experience in cell manufacturing processes, semi-conductors, or equivalent
- Strong engineering foundations with good electrical knowledge. Aptitude to learn
- Structured thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proven through root cause analysis track record
- Demonstrated experience ramping equipment into manufacturing – Powder handling systems, Electrical design, automation hardware troubleshooting, input/output checks (IOs)
- P&IDs / electrical drawing review and safety risk assessment participation capability required, FMEA experience could be a plus
- Powder handling system, Electrical safety or ATEX knowledge is a plus
- Experience in high volume manufacturing is highly desired
