What You’ll Do Supporting the team in diagnosing and resolving issues as well as implementing optimization measures Collaborating with the team to develop optimal processes and workflows, ensuring that employees in cell production have a safe and ergonomic workplace Assisting with product launches and product changes by developing standard work steps and workflows, and being heavily involved in the commissioning of new production equipment Bringing in new ideas, with a natural inclination for continuous improvement Supporting Lean Production and 5S activities, with order and cleanliness at the workplace being a given Independently and proactively organizing the daily workflow in cooperation with the team, while also assisting in training new work processes and coaching employees accordingly What You’ll Bring Completed vocational training in process engineering, mechanical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, electronics, or a comparable field Experience in large-scale production and automated processes (continuous mass production), such as mixing, calendaring, winding, high-bay systems, or processes in the packaging, paper, or food industry Familiarity with R2R (Roll-to-Roll) processes Ideally, experience in the battery cell industry; however, other industries are also welcome Ability to work in a clean and dry room environment with low humidity, with safety being the top priority Willingness to work in shifts Fluent German and English language skills.
