JOB TITLE: Principal-Software Engineer

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation working on a fast-paced release cycle; developing highly scalable tools targeted at IT security professionals; applying knowledge in coding; applying experience in Java; applying knowledge in software development; applying cloud infrastructure experience including AWS, Azure, and OpenStack; solving concurrency and horizontal scalability problems; applying experience with Big Data technologies; working on architecting and developing distributed systems; building and consuming REST APIs; applying experience with high throughput scalable, and systems; applying experience with SQL and NoSQL database systems; utilizing strong data analysis skills leveraging various technologies; applying knowledge in Agile development practices like unit tests and code reviews; applying experience in full stack development; utilizing Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, Spring Cloud configuration, Cassandra, Restful Web Services, Docker, and Kubernetes; utilizing Junit, Mockito, SoapUI, and Postman; and utilizing Maven, GitHub, and Jenkins.

Our Principal-Software Engineers earn between $172,010- $254,300 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
