 - Previous customer service experience is a plus (1-2 years preferred).
 - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
 - Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
 - Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions.
 - Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
 - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
 - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
 - Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
