Key Account Manager, Personal Health
Job DescriptionYou are responsible for:
Implementing Channel Strategy:
- Develop clear and achievable customer strategies, objectives, and tactical plans for the Nordic Personal Health business
- Develop business, open new doors, based on market and shopper insights. Nurture and develop existing customers.
Driving performance:
- Ensure that execution of strategies and plans are driving sell-out and profitable growth according to agreed targets
- Grow our Green logo products in the channel
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Strategic sales experience in FMCG sector
- Capable of translating customer strategies, building relationships and opening doors
- Ability to inspire and coach others
- Being able to see and understand market dynamics and translate into opportunities
- Strategic, mid-term thinking and planning but also operationally driving the daily business
- Speaking and writing English and at least one Nordic language at a professional level
