Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience in sales, sales management, sales operations, chief operating officer, chief of staff or business governance roles.
Experience collaborating with executives, senior sales and sales operations stakeholders across multiple markets.
Experience leading, mentoring and developing a team of sales operations professionals.
Experience designing and landing business cadences with global sales organizations and establishing processes to drive operational excellence at scale.

Experience working in a large, global, exceptional software company with complex matrixed structure.
Experience of building a vision and strategy for exceptional business governance and leading the rollout.
