ROLE

  • Handle and take responsibility for processes and questions relating to personnel administration (e.g. supplements to employment contracts, certificates, references)
  • Facilitate the regular onboarding sessions including holding presentations for new hires in English and German, virtually as well as face-to-face
  • Answer queries of employees and managers via HR ticket, E-mail, or phone
  • Contact partner and provide administrative support for HR business partners, managers, and employees in all issues relating to labor law
  • Work closely with other teams within the HR organization, personnel officers, works council and different specialist departments within SAP
  • Participating in projects and special activities

YOUR PROFILE

  • 2 to 3 years of business experience in an administrative area, ideally Human Resources management
  • Business or commercial apprenticeship and further training as an HR business clerk, or degree in business administration, specializing in Human Resources.
  • Fluent speaker level in German is a must
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills
  • Quality driven, accuracy, and with distinctive customer orientation
  • Ability to plan and organize work well on own initiative and without supervision, must be motivated and self-driven
  • Enjoyment of working in a virtual team and interested in a range of different tasks
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
